ATEK Plastics incorporates scientific molding methodology via RJG cavity pressure sensing technology, DECOUPLED III MOLDING, and RJG Master Molder Certification. We are one of the few North American molders who has made the commitment and investment in this state of the art injection molding technology. Vision Systems
ATEK Plastics incorporates fully automated, in-line, real time vision systems that take advantage of DVT camera technology to inspect 100% of each part of the tool. Our vision systems can check for attributes such as flash, contamination, and short shots that are unacceptable to the quality standards of ATEK and our customers.
