Clean Room

ATEK Plastics has a 1280 square foot stationary clean room and 3 portable class 100,000 clean rooms for its plastic medical device customers.

The stationary clean room is equipped with:
• Two airlocks                                                                                     
• Oven to anneal parts
• Dressing area prior to clean room entry

Production Floor

The production floor is equipped with: 
• 29 Presses
• Decoupled II & Decoupled III molding with individual cavity rejection & box loading                                                         
• Vision systems and servo robotics
